A person writing in a weekly planner with a silver pen. The planner is open on a checkered fabric surface, and there is a smartphone with a pink case and a laptop partially visible nearby.

We begin by talking through what is happening, what has already been tried, and what kind of support you are looking for. You do not need to have everything organized or know which service fits before reaching out. The consultation helps us identify the immediate concern, the people involved, and the most appropriate next step.

A spiral-bound notebook open to a page labeled 'Notes' with lines for writing. Next to it is a black notebook with white cursive text saying 'Put yourself at the top of your to do list.' The notebooks are resting on a person's lap, who is wearing brown or gray pants. A silver pen is lying on a soft, light-colored surface.

Our Process

Service Options and Payment

You are an active participant in the process. Together, we will identify the service or support that best matches your needs, priorities, and goals. Available options, pricing, and any applicable payment or contracting arrangements will be reviewed and discussed before services begin.

You will receive written documentation outlining the agreed-upon scope of services, communication expectations, scheduling, and applicable payment or contracting terms. When educational records, student information, or direct school communication are involved, appropriate consent and authorization documentation will also be completed as needed.

Once services begin, I review the available information, identify priorities, and develop a clear path forward. Depending on the service, this may include advocacy strategy, IEP development, meeting preparation or facilitation, coaching, written recommendations, conflict resolution, professional development, systems consultation, customized resources, or implementation support.

We stay focused on practical next steps and adjust as new information becomes available.
