Professional Development for

the Stimulation Profile

Essential training equips your team to effectively implement the Stimulation Profile System, gather valuable data, and align supports with IEPs, MTSS, and all other existing district frameworks.

What Professional Development Provides

Professional development empowers your staff to confidently implement the Stimulation Profile System while ensuring fidelity, consistency, and alignment with student plans.

Through professional development, your team will:

- Learn how to use the system accurately

- Collect and interpret data consistently

- Align supports with IEPs (Individualized Education Programs), MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports), and BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans)

- Maintain fidelity and comply with licensing requirements

- Build confidence across various staff roles

Professional Development Training & Implementation Support

A 3-hour professional development session is required for all districts licensing the Stimulation Profile System to ensure staff understand how to use the Profile with fidelity, collect meaningful data, and align supports with IEPs, FBAs, and classroom needs. This training is scheduled and billed separately from the licensing fee.

Training can be delivered live (virtually or on-site) in a single 3-hour session or in three 1-hour sessions to accommodate your team’s schedule while maintaining fidelity.

All materials must be used as delivered—no edits, uploads, or external redistribution allowed.

Training prepares your district staff to support any students licensed for the Stimulation Profile System—now or in the future. Internal training may only begin after formal PD is completed and an Internal Training Authorization Agreement is signed.

Staff should be trained before using the Stimulation Profile.
Districts are responsible for ensuring new staff receive training before implementing the system. Fidelity support is available upon request.

Internal Professional Development Authorization Policy

Internal staff training on the Stimulation Profile System is not automatically authorized following initial PD. Districts may request internal training authorization once their team is ready. We use your PD sessions, optional add-on coaching, and the Admin Guide to help iron out any implementation questions, ensuring your team can expand use confidently while maintaining fidelity and alignment with system expectations.

Request for Internal Training Authorization

To ensure fidelity of implementation, any district wishing to conduct internal training on the Stimulation Profile System must submit this authorization request.

This process helps verify that internal trainers are prepared to deliver content consistently and in alignment with the system’s intended use, so students receive the strongest possible supports.

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive either approval or recommendations for next steps.

Please complete this form fully before conducting any internal PD or onboarding.
