The right conversation can change the course of a student, a team, or an entire system.

Our Process

A spiral-bound notebook open to a page labeled 'Notes' with lines for writing. Next to it is a black notebook with white cursive text saying 'Put yourself at the top of your to do list.' The notebooks are resting on a person's lap, who is wearing brown or gray pants. A silver pen is lying on a soft, light-colored surface.

Consultation Call

We begin by talking through what is happening, what has already been tried, and what kind of support you are looking for. You do not need to have everything organized or know which service fits before reaching out. The consultation helps us identify the immediate concern, the people involved, and the most appropriate next step.

Service Options and Payment

Following consultation, we define the agreed-upon scope of work, deliverables, communication expectations, timeline, scheduling, and applicable consulting or contracting terms before services begin.

When student records, identifiable information, or district data are needed, appropriate authorization and confidentiality procedures will be established before review or discussion.

Put the Plan Into Action

Once the scope is confirmed, support may include student-specific educational consultation, IEP or team-meeting facilitation, systems and program consultation, Stimulation Profile System coaching, written recommendations, professional development, customized resources, or implementation support.

The work remains practical, collaborative, and responsive to the information available as the plan moves forward.

You do not need to have every detail mapped out before starting the conversation.

Whether you are navigating a student-specific concern, exploring systems or program support, or seeking Stimulation Profile System coaching, reach out to discuss the right consultation format for your district.

Consultations are held by phone or Google Meet by default. In-person consultation may be arranged based on scope, location, and availability.
