Reserved for significant financial need

Every parent deserves to understand what is happening in their child’s education and feel prepared to participate in the decisions being made.

Private advocacy is an out-of-pocket service, and I recognize that paying the full rate may not be possible for every family. A limited number of reduced-rate spaces are available for qualifying advocacy services.

Financial need is self-reported. I do not require income documentation or personal financial records. Tell me honestly what is manageable, and we’ll discuss the support options currently available.

Payment Plans are also available for all rate structures

We begin by talking through what is happening, what has already been tried, and what kind of support you are looking for. You do not need to have everything organized or know which service fits before reaching out. The consultation helps us identify the immediate concern, the people involved, and the most appropriate next step.

Our Process

Consultation Call

You are an active participant in the process. Together, we will select the package or service that best matches your child’s needs, and we will review available payment arrangements. A deposit is required before services can begin.

You will receive a written agreement explaining what is included, how communication will work, and any payment or scheduling requirements. When educational records or direct school communication are involved, the appropriate consent and FERPA documentation will also be completed.

Service Options and Payment

Once services begin, I review the available information, identify priorities, and develop a clear path forward. Depending on the service, this may include advocacy strategy, IEP development, meeting preparation or facilitation, coaching, written recommendations, conflict resolution, professional development, or implementation support. We stay focused on practical next steps and adjust as new information becomes available.

Put the Plan Into Action

Professional Expertise You Can Rely On

As a Master IEP Coach® and Certified Neurodiversity Coach, I bring specialized training in IEP development, evaluations, executive functioning, sensory processing, behavior, and educational advocacy. My work is strengthened through ongoing professional development and collaboration with experienced education and related-service professionals.

What Sets Michelle Apart

Student-First and System-Aware

Every recommendation begins with the student’s needs, but it must also function within an actual educational environment. I understand district responsibilities, team dynamics, implementation barriers, and how to move difficult conversations forward without losing sight of the student.

Looking Beyond the Surface

Behavior, missing work, shutdowns, and inconsistent performance rarely tell the whole story. I connect evaluation data with executive functioning, sensory processing, emotional regulation, communication, and classroom demands to help teams understand what may be driving the concern.

Collaboration Does Not Mean Passive

I believe in professional collaboration, but I do not ignore missing data, unclear answers, or plans that are not meeting the student’s needs. I ask direct questions, document concerns clearly, and keep the conversation moving toward meaningful action.

Integrity, creativity, and empathy shape the way I work. These aren't just words—they’re the foundation of everything I do while guiding you in protecting your child’s right to a Free And Appropriate Public Education (FAPE). I believe in providing compassionate advocacy, building real relationships, and making it easy for you to get the unique support you’re looking for and ensuring that your child’s school district is implementing the IEP and 504 Plan with fidelity.
